Each firmware update delivers significant improvements including increased network connectivity and reduced errors to your Hub Mini. So it pays to keep it updated with the latest firmware. You can follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Make sure your SwitchBot app version is up to date.

2. Make sure your Hub Mini has been added to SwitchBot app.

3. Please have the device upgraded with your phone placed within Bluetooth range.

4. The latest firmware should appear as a little red arrow in the upper right corner of the device paired to your SwitchBot app, as shown below:

5. If the red arrow does not show up, sign out your SwitchBot account and sign back in to see if it helps.

6. If it still doesn't work, please contact us by submitting a feedback.
