The SwitchBot Robot Vacuum Cleaner S1 and S1 Plus have a one-year warranty which begins from the date of purchase. Should the following situations occur, your warranty and/or your eligibility for a return may not be valid.

• Intended damage or abuse.
• Inappropriate storage (including dropping or soaking in water).
• Unauthorized modifying or repairing of product.
• Natural wear of product.
• Natural disasters.
