- Make sure your SwitchBot app is updated to the latest version.
- Make sure the Relay Switch is powered on.
- Make sure your home Wi-Fi is a 2.4 GHz network, or an IPv6 network that can automatically switch to IPv4.
- Make sure the Relay Switch is installed close to your router.
- Restart your home router.
- Turn the external physical switch on and off 20 times in a row to restore the Relay Switch to factory settings, then add it again.
- If the issue persists, please submit feedback about the connection issue.
