How to Sync SwitchBot Evaporative Humidifier to Apple Home App

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Evaporative Humidifier has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. Please synchronize the Evaporative Humidifier to the Apple Home app in the following order:

• Launch SwitchBot app and log in.  
• Tap the Matter-compatible hub you are using.
• Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.  
• Tap "Matter Setup".  
• Tap "Secondary Device".  
• Tap "Lab Features (Beta)" and add the Evaporative Humidifier.

Important Note:

Please add your Matter-compatible hub to the Apple Home app in advance.  

Matter-compatible hubs: Hub Mini Matter Enabled, Hub 2, Hub 3, AI Hub.
