If your camera is connected but not displaying footage on the paired AI Hub's page, follow these steps:
- Ensure your camera device is one of the following:
- SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam Plus 2K
- SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam Plus 3K
- SwitchBot Smart Video Doorbell
- Upgrade firmware & enable RTSP
- Upgrade your camera to the latest firmware.
- Enable RTSP service by setting up a camera account.
- To set up an account: Enter your camera's page in SwitchBot app, go to Settings > More Features > Camera Account to toggle on Camera Account, then tap Account Info to create an account.
- If your AI Hub was just paired with a camera or restarted, please wait at least 3 minutes for all services to fully load before trying to view the footage.
