What Do the Different Colored Indicator Lights on Keypad Vision/Keypad Vision Pro Mean?

We'll explain what each indicator color represents:

Green:

• Charging is complete
• Successful face, fingerprint or NFC card registration
• Successful door locking/unlocking
• Someone pressed the doorbell button at the bottom of the Keypad Vision

Red:

• Device is currently charging
• Low battery warning
• Failed face, fingerprint or NFC card registration
• Unsuccessful door locking/unlocking attempt

White:

• Device wakeup process
• Firmware updating
