How to Reset SwitchBot Air Purifier

Long press the power button on SwitchBot Air Purifier for 15 seconds to reset it.

Note:

With firmware version 23, holding down the power button for 15 seconds will reset the device and automatically enter Matter accessory pairing mode. In this mode, the air purifier cannot be detected by SwitchBot app. To exit Matter pairing mode and return to normal operation, hold the power button for 2 seconds.
