The button on top of the SwitchBot Meter Pro/CO2 Monitor can be used for several functions:

1. Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode with the SwitchBot App.

2. Mute Alerts: When an alert sounds, press the button once to mute it.

3. Manually Update Display: Press the button once to manually refresh the screen.

4. Switch Temperature Units: Press the button once to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

5. Factory Reset: Press and hold the button for 15 seconds to reset the device to factory settings.
