Setup Guide
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Water Leak Detector has been added to your App.
3.Link SwitchBot Water Leak Detector to Amazon Alexa App.

4.Set up a Routine.
- Launch the Alexa App and log in.
- Tap "More" located at the bottom right corner.
- Tap "Routines" in the middle left of the screen.
- Tap "+" in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Add an event".
- Tap Smart Home.
- Tap relevant Water Leak Detector.
- Tap "Open"
- Tap "Next" in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Add an action"
- Tap "Alexa Says"
- Tap "Customised"
- Enter response then tap "Next" in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Next" in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Choose Device" under Hear Alexa From.
- Select Echo Dot or Echo Show
- Tap "Save"
Notes:
- SwitchBot Water Leak Detector is now recognized as a contact sensor on Amazon Alexa.
- When setting up Routines, please choose "Open" as the condition if necessary. "Closed" is not currently useful and should not be set.
- Add Echo Dot or Echo Show by going to Alexa App>-Device>-"+" icon>-Add Device.
5.Echo Dot or Echo Show will speak the pre-entered message when water leak is detected with the setting step 4.
