- SwitchBot App Version:9.17 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Motion Sensor and SwitchBot Hub series have been added to your App.
3. Please connect your Motion Sensor to the Hub.
Starting with SwitchBot App version 9.0, there is no longer a need to manually enable the Cloud Service (the Cloud Service option has been removed). Simply place the Hub near your device, within Bluetooth range, and it will automatically connect to the Hub.
The connection status can be checked by going to SwitchBot app -> Profile -> Manage Hubs -> Tap the appropriate hub.
4.Please link to Google using any of the following methods.
Please follow the steps below to integrate via the SwitchBot App.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap the relevant SwitchBot device.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- In the Settings screen, tap on "Third-party Services".
- Tap Google Assistant.
- Tap "Connect".
- Enter your Google Home App login ID and password.
- The link will be automatically established.
Link your SwitchBot account via Google Home app.
- Open Google Home.
- Select "Device" at the bottom of the menu.
- Tap "Add device".
- Tap on "Works with Google Home".
- Type in and search for "SwitchBot".
- Select "Switchbot Smart" from the add new services.
- Enter your SwitchBot app account and password.
