Is It Possible to Open Only One Side Curtain After Setting Double-Sided Curtains?

• Firmware Version: 6.0 or newer

1. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the SwitchBot App.

2. Please make sure the Double-sided curtains have been set and calibrated in advance.

3. Please set the one-side opening and closing preferences in the specified sequence.

• Open the SwitchBot App
• Tap the Curtain group
• Tap "Slider Control Mode" at the bottom center
• Select "Single side" for the operation mode

4. By following Step 3, you can control the Double-sided curtains independently via SwitchBot App, opening and closing them as needed.

*Please note:

Although the app can open and close the Curtains individually, it is not possible to open and close them individually by scene setting or voice operation.

It is not possible to open and close the Curtains individually using Touch&Go.
