1. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the SwitchBot App.

2. Please confirm that the SwitchBot Outdoor Meter has been added to the SwitchBot App and that the firmware version is the most up-to-date.

3. Uninstall the SwitchBot app and re-install it.
*If you are using Bluetooth only(Cloud Service for the Outdoor Meter is not enabled), there is a risk that locally stored history data cannot be loaded again by uninstalling the app. When used with a Hub Series device, data is always automatically uploaded via Wi-Fi, allowing you to quickly read data anytime, anywhere.

4. Perform the data loading again.

5. If the problem persists, please contact us by logging into the SwitchBot app → Profile → Feedback.
