SWitchbot plug mini with raspberry pi

I'm trying to retrive switchbot plug mini BLE packets to my raspberry pi zero device. I used bluepy python library to scan the device and was able to get BLE packets from swithbot plug mini device.
But I couldn't find enough information on how to decode the recived data packet. Please tell me how to find those information.
Is it possible to find the power consumption of the pluged device to swithbot plug mini ?
If yes, which data bytes of the BLE packet reperesent those information ?
I have add a sample BLE pakcets recived from the switchbot plug mini in logs
