Trying to load history data but App Says "Failed to Load"

The APP shows Temp./Hummidity for each Meter and Meter+, but says "Failed to load" by trying to load the history data from the meter and meter+ devices.

Actual App Version 6.2.5

Clearing Data in the APP, newly connect Meter, nothing helped.

I only can see the Actual values of Temp and Hummidity but no history data.
