Blind tilt doesn't work out of the box

I just received two of the blind tilt devices. One works as advertised out of the box. However, the indicator on the 2nd one won't light up. I've tried resetting it, charging it, etc. Nothing works. I need help or a replacement.

Having the same issue. Seems to be a battery problem. Left the Tilt device plugged in over night. Could connect to it while plugged in. Once I removed it from the plug, it shut off.
Bad batch of batteries maybe?
