Alert comparing temperatures : possible or not ?

Hi,
I own 2 switch meter plus, and would to automate an alert when outside temperature is lower than inside temperature, to know when to open / close the windows on my appartement.
I can’t do that in the switch bot app. Anybody knows if it’s possible if I add a Switch Hub ?
