How to unsubscribe from Zendesk updates?

I somehow signed up to get notified every time any support article is added or updated here on the Swit hBot Zendesk site. But now I want to unsubscribe and can not find any way to do that.
How did I even sign up for the notifications in first place, and how do I stop them?
