so incredibly frustrating!
I purchased a SwitchBot. It's great — if you're 5 feet from the switch. So I turned to the obvious question — how do you extend the range. Seemed like the sort of thing a Hub would fix. But you don't sell Hubs Plus anymore, and so I bought the Hub mini. After struggling with the absurd 2.4Ghz restriction, I got it connected, only to find it can't connect to the SwitchBot.
So: Is there any way to extend the range of a SwitchBot, and if so, where do you describe this in any of the support material you make available.

Happy to post on a different page, but can you answer the specific question: (1) would a hub make it so I could switch the bot from anywhere? (2) If so, which: Hub Plus or Hub mini?
A SwitchBot Hub (Plus/Mini) could make the Bot be controllable remotely. If it doesn't work for you, it must be some settings be set incorrectly. About that, you could submit a feedback request about this issue, and the support team will assist you furthermore. Also, both Hub Plus and the Hub Mini will do. There is a Cloud Service option on the settings of the Bot. Only when you have a Hub (Plus/Mini) connected to your account can the Cloud Service option be available.
