Switchbot Lock Night latch settings

I use the Lock and fingerprint keypad on my door. Works fine for 4 weeks. Now IT does not work properly. I use a Key to access the entry. Therefore i have to use the night latch settings. Everytime i try to the settings after step 2 there ist written "loading" and nothing happens. I tried it on Android 13 and 12 devices. So the Lock opens the door but does not hold the latch for 3 seconds. I can not open the door anymore without my hardware key. Amy ideas to fix the Softwareproblem?
