SwitchBot Smart Switch Button Pusher takes 4+ attempts before successful (Bingo)

Hello! I recently purchased a SwitchBot Smart Switch Button Pusher via Amazon.com. I also purchased the Switchbot Hub Mini Smart Remote so I can control devices from outside of my home. Issue I am seeing - my SwitchBot home door lock worked great from anywhere. I see the status (Locked/Unlocked), and when I rarely have issues. However, with this SwitchBot Smart Switch Button Pusher - I have to go into my iPhone SwitchBot app (latest version) and send the command for the button pusher multiple times - 3 or 4 usually, before I see the word 'Bingo'. It usually tells me the device is busy. Why is the Button Pusher not reliable on the first try? Will a Firmware update eventually solve this? Thank you.
