How to control a remote Bot

I have two locations with Bot.

Location 1: Has 1 bot and 1 Mini Hub
Location 2: Has 1 bot and NO Mini Hub

I would like to remotely connect to the Location 2 Bot.

Do I have to install a Mini Hub in Location 2 or is there another way?
