Can't add motion sensor

Bought 2 motion sensors, first one was a flawless set-up and works brilliantly the second refused to be added, then I found the option for a firmware recovery for the uncooprative motion sensor, upon clicking "recover" its shows "Upload failed error: device not found" ... help
and yes I do have a hub mini

Hello James, we would like to take a closer look at your case.
According to your description, one Motion Sensor can be paired successfully while the other one can not, which means the Bluetooth and Location Service have been authorized for the SwitchBot app on your cell phone.
In that case, could you take a video of the pairing process of the Motion Sensor and send it to support@wondertechlabs.com. The support team will help you resolve this issue.
