Control SwitchBot Bot through Google Home

I have a SwitchBot Bot that I use to turn on my pellet stove and a SwitchBot Hub mini. I would like to activate the Bot through the Google home app. On every tutorials I see "turn the the Cloud service on". The hub mini and the Bot are connected to my WiFi but on neither does the Cloud service toggle appears.

Hello Simon,
Before we could turn on the Cloud Service for the SwitchBot Bot, we need to pin it on top and add it to our account. You can refer to the screenshot below.
After pinning the Bot to top and adding it, you can log out of your account and log on again, see if the Cloud Service option is available.
