Switchbot Lock D8 must be recalibrate every 2 days

My lock already 4 or 6 weeks after 2 days needed to be recalibrate because it don't know correct turning cycles or closing instead of opening. what i tried: multiple total resets- tak out battery and remove lock from app and then again connect frash. firmware version 6.5 app 7.4
