Get notified when a meter is higher than an other meter

Hello,
I have two Switchbot meters (one inside and one outside) and one hub mini.
I would like to know if there is a solution to get notified when the temperature inside become higher than the one outside. Not only if the temperature become higher or lower than precise temperature.

Same here, I would like to know when humidity outside is higher then inside to remind me to close windows.
