1. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the SwitchBot App.

2. Please confirm that the SwitchBot Meter/Meter Plus has been added to the SwitchBot App and that the firmware version is the most up-to-date.
If it is not Meter V2.7/Meter Plus V0.6 or later, please contact us at App -> Profile -> Feedback.

3. Uninstall the SwitchBot app and re-install it.
*If you are using Bluetooth only(Cloud Service for the Meter/Meter Plus is not enabled), there is a risk that locally stored history data cannot be loaded again by uninstalling the app. When used with a Hub Series device, data is always automatically uploaded via Wi-Fi, allowing you to quickly read data anytime, anywhere.

4. Perform the data loading again.

5. If the problem persists, please contact us by logging into the SwitchBot app → Profile → Feedback.
