Please try the following solution to alleviate the issue.
1. Try to turn off the Bluetooth on your cellphone and turn it on after 30 seconds.
2. Try to reboot the cellphone.
3. If you have an iOS device, try to connect the SwitchBot Bluetooth device with it.
