Your SwitchBot App must be version 6.15 or above.
To accumulate SwitchBot Points, Make sure your app is updated to the lastest version to allow access to the SwitchBot Points.

To receive a technical help from SwitchBot support team, follow these steps:
On your same device, Go to SwitchBot app > Tap Profile > Tap Feedback > Select the product (which you need support for) > describe the issue in detail (with media if needed) as follows:
- A screen recording video that shows the redeem failure. This helps us locate the issue in a faster manner.
