  • Applicable products: SwitchBot Remote
  • SwitchBot app version: 6.20 or newer

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the SwitchBot app on your mobile phone.

2. When you see the red update arrow, please update within Bluetooth range. If you do not see the update sign and would like new firmware, please contact us by logging into the SwitchBot app -> Profile -> Feedback.

3. Restart the SwitchBot app.

4. Press and hold the 2 buttons on the Remote together for 15 seconds to reset.

4-1>Remove the batteries of the SwitchBot Remote.
4-2>Load the battery with two buttons pressed at the same time.
4-3> open the SwitchBot application and update the firmware version.(do not loosen the button)
4-4>Press and hold the buttons until the update is successful.

5. If this does not work, please contact us by logging into the SwitchBot app → Profile → Feedback.
