  • SwitchBot App Version: V6.25 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Each SwitchBot camera device can only be registered to one SwicthBot account for security reasons. If it is already registered to another account, please log in to the previous SwitchBot account and delete the corresponding camera before adding it to a new account.
2. If you receive the message "This device has already been added to another account." during pairing, please upload your purchase proof as instructed below, and our support team will assist you soon.
4. Clicking "View Details" will take you to the Feedback page, where you can track the status of your request. Please refer to the picture below.
