How to make a one-way call with the Pan/Tilt Cam?

When enabled, we can tap and hold the microphone button to talk to the Pan/Tilt Cam, kind of like a "talkie-talkie". Please kindly note that we cannot hear any voice coming from the Pan/Tilt Cam when we are talking.
