Due to the mechanism between SwitchBot Bluetooth devices and the NFC Tag, each time we use the NFC tag to trigger an action, the SwitchBot App must be launched once to complete the process. It might take quite a while for the NFC Tag to trigger the Lock.
SwitchBot App in V6.5.1 and later versions have optimized the response time of the NFC Tag triggering the Lock. Please upgrade the App to the latest version to have a better using experience.
