Why can't my SwitchBot product connect to the Wi-Fi successfully?

please note:

1. Please put your device closer to the router.

2. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported yet. Wi-Fi WEP encryption is not supported either.

3. Please check your router firewall settings.
