Why Some of the Setting Options Being Greyed Out?

When we are out of the Bluetooth range of the SwitchBot Lock, some of the options on the settings page will be greyed out.

Please be near the SwitchBot Lock to access these options, even if the Lock has turned on the Cloud Service.
