Why Are Some of the SwitchBot Lock Setting Options Grayed Out? SwitchBot Customer Support When we are out of the Bluetooth range of the SwitchBot Lock, some of the options on the settings page will be greyed out. Please be near the SwitchBot Lock to access these options, even if the Lock has turned on the Cloud Service.
