If the SwitchBot Lock shows offline on the home page, we can try the following steps to resolve the issue.
If the SwitchBot Lock is not connected to a SwitchBot Hub:
1. Make sure both batteries are correctly inserted into the case.
2. Make sure both Bluetooth and Location Service have been authorized for the SwitchBot app on the cell phone.
3. Please move closer to access the Lock.
If the SwitchBot Lock has connected to a SwitchBot Hub:
1. Make sure both batteries are correctly inserted into the case.
2. Make sure the Cloud Service of the Lock has been turned on.
3. Please move the SwitchBot Hub device closer to the Lock.
4. Make sure the SwitchBot Hub and our cell phone are well connected to the internet.
5. Make sure the network is stable.
