1. On account of personal security, the SwitchBot Lock can only be paired to one account at a time.

There is no reset button on the SwitchBot Lock.

2. There is no reset button on the SwitchBot Lock. If we want to pair the SwitchBot Lock to another account, we need to delete it from the original one before we can pair it again.

※Long press the icon of the Lock→tap the delete button→confirm deletion→deletion complete

3. If you get the error message "Cannot add this device," as shown in the below picture when adding a newly purchased SwitchBot Lock, please contact SwitchBot Customer Service.
