Low Battery Alert for SwitchBot Lock

• SwitchBot App Version: 8.3 or newer

1. With the SwitchBot Lock connected to a SwitchBot Hub, you will receive a low battery notification when the battery level is lower than 20%.

2. During low battery, the Lock's indicator lamp will light up red and a low power prompt tone will sound when locking or unlocking.

3. Replace the battery promptly, or you won't be able to control the Lock once the battery dies.

Note: we should replace two CR123A 3V brand-new batteries. (Panasonic batteries are our recommended)

*Please do not use rechargeable batteries as they are unstable in voltage current and may not notify low power on alert/operate properly, and you may be locked out if you are unable to unlock the door.
