- Click the power button and the unlock button in sequence to unlock the operation panel before using it (the child lock design is to prevent pets from accidentally touching it).
- If there is any liquid above the product panel, wipe it dry and then try to unlock again.
- If you are wearing gloves or your skin is too dry, please remove the gloves or change your fingers for the operation. Do not use your nails for the operation.
- If the panel has a flickering screen and cannot be operated, turn off the power and restart the device after 15 seconds, and then use it again. If it still cannot be restored, it needs to be disassembled for repair.
