SwitchBot RGBICWW Ceiling Light supports a Power Loss Recovery setting in the SwitchBot app. This setting allows you to decide what state the ceiling light should return to after power is restored. Power loss can happen during a power outage or when the light is turned off using a wall switch.
You can choose from the following Power Loss Recovery options:
Turn On
When Power Loss Recovery is set to Turn On, the Ceiling Light will turn on after power is restored.
If you want the wall switch to act as the primary control for turning SwitchBot RGBICWW Ceiling Light on and off, we recommend setting Power Loss Recovery to Turn On.
Turn Off
When Power Loss Recovery is set to Turn Off, the Ceiling Light will stay off after power is restored.
If the light does not turn on after you use the wall switch or after power is restored, please check whether Power Loss Recovery has been set to Turn Off.
Keep Previous State
When Power Loss Recovery is set to Keep Previous State, the Ceiling Light will return to the state it was in before power was lost.
For example, if the light was on before power was cut, it will turn on again when power is restored. If it was turned off in the SwitchBot app before power was cut, it will remain off after power is restored, even if you turn the wall switch back on.
