Follow the below steps to address this issue.
Open SwitchBot App.
Switch the device's power button from ‘ON’ to ‘AUTO’ and then switch back from ‘AUTO’ to ‘ON’.
Pull-down the homepage to refresh. If the ‘Gear’ mark turns RED, click the ‘Gear’ mark and enter the Hub (Plus)’s settings page.
Change the new SSID and password here.
