1. Follow the disassembly instructions to carefully remove the bottom shell cover of the main unit. This will give you access to the internal components.
2. Inspect the position of the roller bracket shaft. Please refer to the non-sticking inspection guide to check whether the shaft position has fallen off.
3. If you find that the shaft has fallen off, press the roller bracket to reset it according to the maintenance instructions. Once the roller is properly reset, replace the bottom case cover.
4. If the issue persists after completing the above steps, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. We will escalate the matter to our R&D team for further investigation.
