1. Please update SwitchBot app to V9.5 and then update the Ceiling Light firmware to V2.0-1.0 to check for any improvement.
2. Reset your Ceiling Light.
Turn/off the main switch ( eg: wall switch) eight times in succession with an operating interval of two seconds. When you turn it on for the 8th time, a short beep and a long beep will be heard in sequence, and the Ceiling Light will repeat light and dark like breathing for 5 seconds before turning on. Then the reset was completed (video).
3. If the issue persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When reaching out to us, please provide us with a video of the full light not coming on after restoring the factory settings.
