- SwitchBot App Version: 8.8 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot S10 has been added to your App.
3. Please follow the steps below to set a No-go Zone.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and login.
- Tap the relevant Floor Cleaning Robot S10.
- Tap the map icon in the left center of the screen.
- Tap "Maps" at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Create"
- Select a mapping method and tap "Next".
- Your S10 will start mapping.
Note:
- You can create or save up to five maps with SwitchBot App.
- Mapping Method:
Fast mapping (maps are created without cleaning)
Map and Clean (the S10 will clean your home while mapping)

The S10 has mapped the ground floor and doing it perfect! I also want it to clean the 1st floor, so I moved it manually to the 1st floor and started the mapping proces.
I've done all the above steps, the S10 did the whole mapping process and returned to the point where it started. But at that point it starts searching for its cleaning station but that's located on another level of the house/another map. This causes the process to not complete and it's not possible to save the map and start using it in the future. How can I solve this?
