- SwitchBot App Version: 8.4 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. For security reasons, one SwitchBot Lock Pro can only be added to one account. If a Lock Pro is added to another account of yours, please delete the Lock Pro from that account first and then add it to a new account.
※Long press the SwitchBot Lock Pro icon→tap the Delete button→confirm deletion
3. When you add a Lock Pro device, please upload your order evidence (order history form from Amazon/official website/reselling store) when you are prompted to "unbind" the device. Once correctly recognized by the application, the Lock Pro will be automatically unbinded and you will be able to add it.
4. If your order evidence is not recognized correctly, please click "Review Manually". We will respond with after-sales service.
