  • SwitchBot App Version: 8.0 or newer

1. Please ensure you have the latest version of the SwitchBot App.

2. Please set up in the following order.

  • Launch the SwitchBot App.
  • Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner and tap "Add device."
  • Tap "Lock" under "Security."
  • Remove the battery insulation seal. If re-adding, remove and reinsert the battery in the Lock. 
  • The Lock's indicator light will slowly blink blue.
  • Tap "Next" on the SwitchBot App.
  • Once the device has been connected, add the Lock's name and room to your favorites and tap "Next."
  • In the SwitchBot App, you will be informed that the cloud service is enabled. Please don't hesitate to decide whether to connect to the Hub device.
  • Installation instructions will be provided. Please go ahead and install the Lock according to the guidance.
  • Tap "Calibrate unlock/lock position."
  • You can follow the App's guidance to record the lock/unlock position.
  • Unlocking test. 
  • Lock test. 
  • The setup is complete.
