Where does SwitchBot Hub 2 store the temperature and humidity data?

1. The temperature and humidity data of SwitchBot Hub 2 is stored on the server via Wi-Fi. Data cannot be saved to the Hub 2 main unit.

2. If SwitchBot Hub 2 goes offline, the temperature and humidity sensor built into the charging cable will normally sense the surrounding temperature and humidity and display it on the Hub 2 screen, but the temperature and humidity data will not be synchronized to the server.

    Ahh data is on “the server”. That explains it. …
    What server? My server? What additional software do I need to set it up or export the data? Can I use my iOS device and cloud storage for the data since when I set up Hub 2 and two additional thermometer/hygrometer devices I just used the iOS App.
