How to control SwitchBot Lock remotely?

When using cloud services with SwitchBot Lock via SwitchBot Hub, we can remotely lock or unlock SwitchBot Lock even when our smartphones are out of Bluetooth range.
 
Response times may differ depending on the network the SwitchBot Hub is connected to, and the number of the SwitchBot devices that are connected to your SwitchBot Hub.
