  • Please provide your shipping address information (including your name, phone number, address, and zip code) as it is required for shipping purposes.
  • Screenshot of Locked order
  • Phone of initially defective Double-Sided Adhesive

Only if the included Double-Sided Adhesive is damaged or broken, it is considered an initially defective.
