We'll show you how to repair the firmware when the Bot cannot be added/stops responding/cannot press the switch/button.
1. Remove the Bot's battery.
2. While pressing and holding the bot reset button, please re-insert the battery, tap SwitchBot app → profile → firmware recovery, and check if the Bot can be repaired.
3. If the Bot appears on the firmware recovery page, tap it to recover the firmware.
Kindly note:
Firmware recovery can be done without adding the Bot to your App account.
